wine country with the family, just a perfect day

we decided to take the kids to wine country over the holiday weekend. what a lovely time we had. a picnic lunch, bottle of wine for mom and dad, miniature ponies, the park, solvang, and running into a dear college friend. what a great day it was!

baby alexia

sweet baby Alexia. three weeks old. quiet and calm and smothered with love. her mother and father who are first time parents couldn't be more in love. their calmness and easy-going personalities is already instilled in their daughter.

a glowing mama

a night on the hill with my old college roomate bev, her sweet daughter lily, and her baby boy, in her belly! it was a pinkalicious, cowgirl, fairy, tea party kind of night. the light was AMAZING. bev has that pregnancy glow and some crazy energy for an expectant mama! this was way too fun.

spring has arrived at the brown's farm!

easter, family, chickens, kittens, baby buns, flowers and days spent playing in the yard. spring is lovely.
